During my recent stay at the Zagreb, my expectations were not just met-they were exceeded in every way. The staff went above and beyond when they promptly returned my forgotten belongings, demonstrating their exceptional commitment to guest service. The room was impeccably clean, with a beautifully maintained parquet floor that added a touch of elegance, and the heating provided a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and am looking forward to my return next year!
